Job Description
We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Factory Worker / Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, using power tools, reading measurements, and performing physically demanding tasks.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications.
- Read and use a measuring tape accurately.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs on a regular basis.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to accurately read a measuring tape and follow measurements.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or construction environments.
- Construction experience is a strong plus.
- Forklift experience is a plus (if applicable).
