We’re a residential construction company looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to help keep our job sites clean, organized, and moving forward.

What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain job sites (sweeping, debris removal, organizing materials)
- Pick up and deliver tools and materials between sites
- Assist with permit pickups and job-related errands
- Perform basic carpentry (blocking, minor framing, adjustments)
- Install door hardware, fixtures, and small finish items
- Support project managers and carpenters as needed
- Help maintain a safe and efficient work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction, handyman work, or general labor preferred
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative without constant direction
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and team mindset
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Finish carpentry or punch list experience
- Familiarity with residential construction processes
- Experience pulling permits or working with local municipalities
