RESPONSIBILITIES:Review and verify prescription orders in FrameworkLTC (PV1) and perform final checks before dispensing (PV2)Conduct prospective drug utilization reviews and communicate with medical staff as neededMaintain high productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environmentAssist in onsite immunization clinics at partner communitiesAttend meetings, complete compliance training, and lead with integrity and professionalismUphold safety protocols and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace QUALIFICATIONS:Current, and in good standing, Illinois Pharmacist LicenseLong-term care pharmacy experience preferredAble to multitask and work under deadlines while maintaining a positive and productive demeanorPunctual and reliable in all situationsTrack record of proactively tackling issues in a timely and decisive mannerDemonstrated ability to perform under pressure, adapt to changing dynamics, and find solutions that satisfy multiple stakeholders of the business.Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills, ability to effectively communicateProfessional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skillsHighly organized and attentive to detail
