RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and verify prescription orders in FrameworkLTC (PV1) and perform final checks before dispensing (PV2)
- Conduct prospective drug utilization reviews and communicate with medical staff as needed
- Maintain high productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in onsite immunization clinics at partner communities
- Attend meetings, complete compliance training, and lead with integrity and professionalism
- Uphold safety protocols and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current, and in good standing, Illinois Pharmacist License
- Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred
- Able to multitask and work under deadlines while maintaining a positive and productive demeanor
- Punctual and reliable in all situations
- Track record of proactively tackling issues in a timely and decisive manner
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, adapt to changing dynamics, and find solutions that satisfy multiple stakeholders of the business.
- Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills, ability to effectively communicate
- Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
