Sqirl is expanding the team with dinner service on the horizon! We are looking for back servers who are enthusiastic and passionate about hospitality, to join our team. You must have empathy, a good sense of humor and deep care for the work. Experience is preferred, however, we are happy to teach anyone who is open to it and has a great attitude. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless service by supporting the team and guests! We are looking for candidates who are available to start training the week of January 21, 2026.Key Responsibilities:Bussing, clearing and resetting tables efficiently.Running food and beverages with a sense of urgency.Assisting and supporting servers during service.Maintaining the dining area clean, organized, and fully stocked.Assisting the bar with any needs.Polishing and organizing glassware.Communicating effectively with all front and back of the house staff.Providing warm, attentive service.Perform any necessary side work and related tasks to ensure a prepared and efficient service.Requirements:Minimum 1 of experience in a fast-paced restaurant.Positive attitude with a desire to develop new skills.Open availability and flexibility to work weekends, holidays if necessary.MUST have good punctuality and time management skills.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm under pressure.Must have a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift or carry items weighing up to 25lbs.
