Job Identification
Location: Neenah, WI-on site position.
Shift- 1st shift.

SQB Packaging Systems, for more than 35 years, has served many industries with all quantities of custom manufactured boxes and mailers, promotional packaging, printed sealing tapes, along with in-depth product packaging design, engineering, and packaging equipment sales and service.
Purpose
Entry-level position where candidate will perform procurement and inventory management functions for a leading packaging manufacturer and distributor.
Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Utilize SAGE 100 to perform functions related to inventory, sales orders, and purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and purchase packaging products at the correct time, quantities, and pricing to fulfill customer orders and maintain stocked inventory.
- Follow up on purchase orders when necessary and verify pricing and delivery from vendors.
- Physically sort and segregate stock purchase orders when they arrive and pull inventory items for order fulfillment.
- Work with salespeople and production manager to ensure regularly scheduled weekly stock orders are supplied and routed effectively and efficiently.
- Perform customer service functions including helping customer walk-ins, contacting customers for pickups, respond to customer inquiries, and manage accounts as deemed necessary.
- Maintain relationships with existing vendors and find new vendors to deliver the highest quality products at the lowest cost.
- Send shipping documents to customers and vendors as required.
- Administer and collaborate with a team to ensure the physical count process is executed.
- Make occasional customer deliveries in a transit van.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in the packaging or supply chain industry a plus.
- Prior experience in procurement, finance and/or customer service preferred.
- Previous experience utilizing SAGE 100, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace is highly valued.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Forklift experience or willingness to be trained.
