SQA Services is seeking an Electronic Quality Inspector to support an aerospace program onsite in Houston, Texas.
This is a full-time, resident position supporting inline quality inspection activities on behalf of the client. The inspector will support production workload by performing quality inspections on electronic assemblies and hardware in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
Candidates with active or previously held IPC/J-STD workmanship certifications are highly preferred. Expired certifications may be considered if the candidate has relevant inspection experience and is eligible for recertification.
\n- Perform inline quality inspections on electronic and electromechanical assemblies
- Inspect PCBs, soldering, wiring, connectors, and workmanship per applicable standards
- Verify compliance to engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications
- Identify and document nonconformances and workmanship defects
- Support production quality activities and communicate findings to manufacturing and engineering teams
- Utilize client quality procedures and inspection documentation systems
- Represent the client professionally on-site during inspection activities
- Experience performing electronic or electromechanical inspections in aerospace or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 workmanship standards
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship inspection capability
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Houston, TX
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Active or previously held IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certifications
- Experience supporting NASA, aerospace, or high-reliability hardware programs
- Experience with inline production quality support
- Local to the Houston area

Salary : $34 - $38
