Sr. Designer / Art Director (Hands-On Design Lead)

We’re looking for an Art Director who doesn’t just direct, but creates.

This role is for a highly skilled graphic designer (3 years experience) who can execute at a high level while also leading the visual direction of the brand. You’ll be responsible for designing across key touch points while collaborating with photo, video, and 3D partners to ensure everything we produce is unmistakably SPYLT.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute high-quality design across digital, retail, packaging, and marketing channels
• Create standout, scroll-stopping, shelf-breaking creative that drives trial and awareness
• Partner with photographers, videographers, and 3D artists to bring campaigns to life
• Provide clear creative direction and feedback to ensure all assets stay on brand
• Maintain and evolve SPYLT’s visual identity across all platforms
• Translate brand strategy into bold, cohesive creative outputs

What You Bring

• 3 years of professional graphic design experience (CPG or high-growth brands preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing hands-on execution
• High level of attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to both create and direct, comfortable owning projects end-to-end
• Experience working across multiple mediums (digital, print, packaging, motion, etc.)
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and external creative partners

• External partners produce better work because of your direction
