Your mission

As a Mechanical Assembly and Finishing Specialist, you’ll be a versatile contributor on our shop floor. You’ll rotate across operations—supporting the paint line, unloading the laser (breaking parts out of the laser-cut sheets), performing sub-assemblies per work orders, assisting machine operators, and packing/crating for shipment—while upholding safety, quality, and delivery standards.

  • Zero-compromise safety: follow rules, maintain orderly workspaces, and report equipment issues immediately.
  • Precision quality: verify against job tickets, catch defects early, self-inspect, and complete documentation accurately.
  • Dependable delivery: keep material moving—hang/unhang parts for finishing, help load/unload, and ship on time.
  • Culture champion: do what’s right, support teammates, and show up ready to contribute every day.
Qualifications Required
  • At least 1 year in a manufacturing, warehouse, or construction setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred
  • Mechanical inclination and solid basic math.
  • Close attention to detail within exacting tolerances.
  • Experience with computerized manufacturing systems.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Overhead crane operation experience.
  • Self-driven; successful independently and in teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
