Your impact
By following blueprints and technical instructions, you’ll assemble and wire components with accuracy, perform tasks like soldering or brazing when needed, and partner with teammates to deliver high-quality builds on schedule. Safety and attention to detail guide every step.
Schedules that fit
- 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday–Friday
- 2nd Shift: 3:30pm – 2:00am, Monday–Thursday
- Overtime: to be expected
What sets you up for success
- 1 year of related experience in assembly or manufacturing
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong safety mindset
- Ability to interpret blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Comfort with hand tools and measurement devices
- Reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic
- Preferred: soldering, brazing, or wiring experience
Environment & physical demands
- Fast-paced manufacturing floor with moving equipment
- Regular standing; ability to lift up to 25 lbs; PPE required
- Exposure to industrial noise
