Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, onsite

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S projects and Kaizen events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in manufacturing.
- Review, update, and create technical documentation (SOPs, work instructions, installation guides).
- Build product prototypes and ensure smooth handoff to production.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Conduct time studies and support Lean Manufacturing activities.
- Provide technical support to both internal and external customers.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Engineering Technology or a related field.
- Associate’s degree in engineering technology or equivalent work experience.
- Technical writing experience (updating SOPs, work instructions, etc.).
Preferred:
- Experience with ECOs (Engineering Change Orders), 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
- Mechanical and electrical skills; soldering experience a plus.
- Familiarity with printed circuit board assemblies, marine/aviation industries, or plastic welding/fabrication.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
- Ability to conduct independent research and work well in a team.
