🚨 Hiring: GhostDraft Developer / Technical Lead (Remote – US)
We are looking for an experienced GhostDraft Developer / Technical Lead to join our team and help build enterprise-scale document generation solutions for the insurance industry.
📍 Location: Remote (US – Onshore)
💼 Experience: 8–10 Years
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design, develop, and configure smart document templates, forms, and workflows using GhostDraft Studio, Hub, and Data Workbench.
✔ Integrate document solutions with core systems such as Guidewire and other Policy Administration Platforms.
✔ Implement business rules and data mapping using XML and JSON to generate compliant customer communications.
✔ Develop and execute test cases, troubleshoot issues, and optimize document automation processes.
✔ Collaborate with Business Analysts, SMEs, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective document solutions.
✔ Provide technical leadership and best practices for GhostDraft implementations.
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ Strong hands-on experience with GhostDraft Hub, Studio, and Data Workbench.
✅ Expertise in XML, JSON, document composition, and template development.
✅ Experience integrating document generation platforms with enterprise applications.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
✅ P&C Insurance domain experience is a plus.
