Help clients develop and strengthen interpersonal and coping skills, while guiding them in creating positive relationships with family and peers. In this role, you will serve as an invaluable role model to adults with disabilities. This full time position requires availability for the following shifts: Mon and Wed 8a-6pm, Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9a-5pm
DUTIES:
Provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities in agency homes, including medication administration, assisting with activities of daily living and personal care, community integration, and providing positive behavioral supports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent. DSP and CRMA certifications preferred. All applicants must maintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record as outlined in Spurwink's Driving policy.
