We are seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will hold the expertise and skills needed to support the leaders of the Venue Operations and Inclusive Engagement departments, providing exceptional administrative support, and drive structured processes and while maintaining flexibility. This new team member will be adept at solving problems as they arise, proactive in their communication and maintain a high attention to detail at all times.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 3 years experience at the executive administrative support level, corporate and nonprofit experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to distribute information.
- Must be highly organized and able to exercise professional initiative and good judgment in prioritizing work and balancing multiple tasks and support multiple high level positions.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the a high level of customer service.
- Demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy. Values input from members within organization as well as wider community leaders.
- A willingness to work irregular and extended hours and maintain a flexible work schedule as needed.
- Must be able to work and navigate in an arena setting.
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to spend time 50% or more time in office as required by business needs and executive schedules
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required.
