Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions and food orders
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform accurate cash handling and register balancing
- Assist with food preparation, food handling, and maintaining food safety standards in compliance with sanitation regulations
- Upsell menu items or products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including bussing tables and sanitizing workstations
- Support food industry operations by ensuring quick service delivery and efficient order processing
Qualifications
- Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus
- Culinary experience or background in food preparation enhances your ability to serve customers effectively
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Food safety knowledge and sanitation practices are essential for maintaining high standards in food handling and service environments
