What are the responsibilities and job description for the UAS Program Management Analyst (Contingent 0052) position at SPS?

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor integrated logistics activities supporting the UAS portfolio across lifecycle phases.

Analyze and assess design interface requirements, including Human Systems Integration (HSI) and RAM factors.

Evaluate and recommend improvements based on technical data, supportability modeling, and digital enterprise data.

Support the analysis of manpower needs; assist with developing and maintaining Manpower Estimate Reports (MER) and related personnel documentation.

Provide strategic operations support, including maintaining task statuses, preparing leadership briefings, managing media/public affairs coordination, and facilitating internal communications.

Support strategic communications efforts: drafting articles, press releases, and media responses; coordinating public release reviews via PRAS.

Create, maintain, and enhance program visuals, briefing materials, and multi-media content using tools like PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and other digital design platforms.

Ensure alignment of program support and operations with established Army regulations, acquisition processes, and UAS program goals.

Track and analyze project performance, synchronize organizational engagements, and manage SharePoint content for program communication.

Maintain awareness of tasker status, support document preparation for internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely project execution.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, business, management, acquisition, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant task-related experience.

Must demonstrate the ability to conduct complex calculations and system integration assessments, with working knowledge of advanced systems principles.

In lieu of a degree, an additional 3 years of task-related experience (for a total of 8 years) may be substituted.

Experience supporting DoD programs and UAS operations is highly desirable.
