Job Summary: 3-4 sentences that describe the job's primary purpose and results.The Investor Reporting Analyst II is responsible for the reporting, reconciliation and remittance activity assigned to the Investor Reporting Analyst I as well as the Training of other Investor Reporting analysts and completion of ancillary reporting processes.________________________________________Principal Duties: 5-7 duties critical to competently performing the job.1.Demonstrated competency in Investor Reporting Analyst I position2.Trains and mentors other Investor Reporting Analysts3.Timely and accurately completes ancillary reporting processes as assigned4.Aggregate loan activity from various sources into summary remittance reports5.Reconcile custodial bank accounts and loan activity within specified timeframes6.Accurately remit calculated funds due investors within specified timeframes7.Effectively understand and utilize appropriate systems: Excel, SQL and Black Knight/LPS8.Ensure all deal points are completely analyzed and communicated to appropriate parties9.Research and resolve Investor/Owner questions timely and accuratelyMinimum Qualifications: Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities which are REQUIRED 1.Bachelor's or equivalent experience2.Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel3.Excellent Analytical skills4.Excellent written and oral communication skillsPreferred Qualifications: Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities which are PREFFERED 1.Working knowledge of Investor Requirements as relates to Investor Accounting2.Demonstrated ability to organize and manage projects simultaneously3.Ability to handle stress and multiple projects with competing interests for time
