Job Overview

The Client Services Associate (Print and Mail) provides exceptional office and mail services, delivering operational functions in the following areas: processing of document requests, prepping and kitting of materials, processing outgoing mail and shipping requests, replenishing/organizing/ordering office supplies (pens, paper, toner), ensuring copy/print machines are functional and stocked, and providing light maintenance/cleaning.

Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service.

Typical Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Provide superior customer service with consistent professionalism.
  • Perform print, bind, and kitting support, and prepare outgoing mail and accountable items.
  • Use onsite systems and software to ensure accuracy, tracking, and accountability.
  • Manage inventory by ordering, stocking, and maintaining supply levels.
  • Handle time-sensitive and confidential materials in compliance with security protocols.
  • Monitor and respond to client communications promptly and professionally.
  • Track, calculate, and report daily production metrics and volumes.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain flexibility to support changing business needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to pass client-specific background screening.
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service or related experience required.
  • Previous experience in print, mail, or similar support functions preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Outlook experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with print and production equipment preferred.
  • Dependable attendance and ability to manage confidential information.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift or move up to 55 lbs. (or maximum allowed by state law) with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods with or without accommodation.
