Qualifications
To ensure success in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Education & Certification
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
- Teaching certification or eligibility is preferred.
- Candidates without certification must be willing to pursue a Statement of Eligibility through the Florida Department of Education within 90 days of hire.

- Technology & Equipment
- Must have a webcam-equipped computer and reliable internet for Zoom sessions.
- Company equipment and Zoom training will be provided.
- Location & Schedule
- Candidates should reside in or near Naples, Florida.
- One in-office day per week (ideally Mondays) is required.
- Flexible hybrid schedule with 1–10 hours per week, ideal for educators or professionals with afternoon availability.

- Subject Expertise
- Strong comfort level teaching Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, and Geometry is essential.
- Openness to assisting in other academic areas when needed is appreciated (expert-level mastery not required).Compensation & Growth Opportunities
- Training rate: $16/hour
- Post-training rate: $20/hour minimum for the first 30 days
- After 30 days: pay increase based on performance
- Ongoing evaluations every 60 days with potential pay raises up to $50/hour based on student outcomes and tutor evaluations
- Reimbursement available for teaching certification costs (for qualified candidates)
- Paid continuing education opportunities, including travel to professional workshops and seminars
- Pathway to full-time employment for interested candidates
