DAILY

• Clean all bathrooms

• wiping sinks, toilets

• check replacing air fresheners
• check replace urinal cakes
• empty trash
• refill toilet paper
• refill paper towels
• refill soap dispensers

• sweep

• Warehouse

• Pick up banding put in banding barrels

• Pick up boards put in wood racks
• Sweep trash from open spots where material has run out
• Pick up trash and dispose
• Pick up plastic and dispose
• Empty trash cans as needed

• Empty banding barrels into tractor

• Break Room

• Wipe down tables, seats, counter, refrigerators

• Sweep/Vacuum
• Replace Kleenex
• Refill napkins
• Wipe out inside of microwaves
• Empty trash
• Refill soda machine
• Refill water

• Dust the bulletin boards

• Parking Lot

• Check Banding in lots and use tractor to pick it up – throw in bucket and dump in banding tubs by trailer pad in back.

• Scrap wood – pick up and put in tractor bucket and take to burn tub (by trailer pad)
• Bring good wood inside and put in wood rack in double drive in C-Bay

• Look for plastic that drivers have put in various locations and put in the tractor bucket to dispose of in the dumpster

• Clean offices – Facility Director's office, supervisor office, kiosk room, HR's office, front office and foyer – including foyer coming into building

• Sweep

• Dust
• Wipe down desks/file cabinets/organizer on routing desk/counter
• Wipe wall under counter – scuff marks etc
• Wipe down the alert meter games and computers
• Wipe down door handles
• Wipe front window and counter
• Dust tables and backs of chairs

WEEKLY

• Mop floors in break room and bathrooms and office
• Clean bathroom and foyer in truck maintenance building

MONTHLY

• Wipe down blinds in all offices
• Wipe down cabinets in break room inside and out
• Sweep under banding station (or when it looks bad) – metal shavings go to fence line behind double drives
• Clean out the smoke barrel (cigarette barrel)
• Sweep under the rug in front of the outside front door

QUARTERLY

• Clean windows inside and out

• Facility Director's office, HR, outside supervisors office, break room, entrance doors and windows in foyer

• Sweep under saw in warehouse

Summer Months

• Make Gatorade and take bottled water to the banding station in a cooler.

• Starting pay of $19.00 an hour
• Quarterly profit sharing opportunity
