Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
The IT Operations & Systems Intern supports Spry Methods’ internal IT operations, systems readiness, and growth infrastructure from a process, documentation, and structured data perspective. This role is designed to build foundational IT operations and systems skills while contributing to low‑risk, high‑value growth, proposal, and internal support activities.
The intern works on structured, reviewable tasks that improve documentation quality, workflow discipline, data hygiene, and internal readiness across platforms such as Microsoft 365, CRM, and shared content libraries. All work is performed under clear supervision and within defined guardrails.
This position provides exposure to enterprise IT support concepts, systems thinking, and federal consulting environments, and serves as a strong pipeline into IT operations, systems administration, service desk, or data‑adjacent roles.
• Maintain and organize SharePoint libraries and internal document repositories
• Assist with CRM, pipeline, and internal system data cleanup and validation
• Support past performance, resume, and structured content libraries
• Draft, update, and standardize SOPs, user guides, and internal process documentation
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improved tooling or automation (documentation only; no system changes)
• Assist with non‑authoritative internal growth and operations reporting inputs
