Sprung Structures has an exciting opportunity for a business-minded individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment. This is a unique role for an individual with strong business acumen who can assist and support a regional sales division. The individual must be collaborative, adaptable, and a strong team player comfortable with performing a variety of tasks.
Knowledge in manufacturing and the construction industry is a definite asset. This role reports directly to the Regional Business Development Manager and supports Business Development Managers within the territory.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Hands on experience with MS Office and Salesforce
· In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
· Excellent verbal and written communication and solid reporting skills
· Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
· Superior organizational and time management skills
· Proven ability to set and shift priorities to successfully meet deadlines
· Works collaboratively with other business units and team members
· Solid research and analytical abilities
· Working knowledge of office equipment
· At least 3 years of related experience in mid-to-senior level administration

$45k salary plus generous incentive program for all territory sales.
