The Mission
We're expanding our squad of Technical Consultants to take on installation projects across North America and beyond. Your primary objective? Overseeing the build of our modular structures for clients across the globe.
Key Objectives (a.k.a. Job Duties)
- Travel up to 80% of the time your "open world" will span countries and continents (all expenses covered, plus daily per diem).
- Lead structure installations from start to finish (no respawns needed, training provided).
- When you're not on the road, team up with our R&D and production crews to improve our builds and processes.
- Level up with in-house training alongside Senior Technical Consultants and earn certifications like First Aid, OSHA, WHMIS, CSTS, and more.
XP & Gear Requirements:
- Comfortable with tools and imperial measurements (no HUD required)
- Quality control and documentation skills (quest tracking, but for projects)
- Problem-solving and quick thinking (like handling in-game glitches)
- Independence---you'll be the "player one" on-site after training, with others relying on you to complete objectives
- Strong decision-making and troubleshooting abilities
- Curiosity for innovation---always ready to explore new builds and better methods
- Attention to detail (because no one likes bugs in a build)
- Customer-focused with great communication (NPC interactions matter too!)
- Patience and resilience when challenges arise (no rage-quitting here)
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and striving for personal growth (unlock those achievements!)
- 3 weeks of paid vacation after one year of employment (rest and recharge)
