Day to Day task include:
- Manage and administer Oracle Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Oversee identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Lead IAM integration efforts with PeopleSoft, Workday, OUD, AD, and M365.
- Implement IAM audit controls, compliance monitoring, and security incident response.
- Optimize IAM infrastructure performance and support Workday migration efforts.
Requested Qualifications:
- 84 months of experience managing and administering Oracle Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- 84 months of experience overseeing identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
- 84 months of experience leading IAM integration efforts with PeopleSoft, Workday, OUD, AD, and M365.
- 84 months of experience implementing IAM audit controls, compliance monitoring, and security incident response.
- 84 months of experience providing training and documentation on IAM policies, structure, and configurations.
- 84 months of experience optimizing IAM infrastructure performance and support Workday migration efforts.
- 84 months of experience working collaboratively with various teams to ensure comprehensive identity management practices.
- Oracle Identity Manager: Administration and Implementation certification
- Bachelor's degree
Work hours and location:
- Full time role with engagement length of 30 months
- Daily work hours: 9am to 6pm
- Physical office location: 395 Hudson Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10014
- Telecommuting options: 50%
