Job Details
- Minimum 12 years of experience in data center or field support roles.
- 8 years in network support and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
- 8 years in communications routing and delivery (Wireline, Wireless, VoIP).
- Proficiency in documentation tools (Excel, Visio, Word).
- Strong knowledge of networking hardware, topologies, and telecom cabling standards.
- Experience with LEC circuit termination, land-mobile-radio systems (P25), and call routing technologies.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and follow detailed documentation.
- Willingness to travel within NYC, work on-call, after hours, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with Emergency Communications infrastructure and applications.
- Familiarity with DMS, ACD, ANI/ALI, NG911 ESInet routing, SMS aggregation, GIS systems.
- Knowledge of TDOS/DDOS risk mitigation in 911 environments.
