**Job Overview:**
- Perform general maintenance of building and facility; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Repair electrical appliances, house wiring, air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures, and motors.
- Fix plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
- Make repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, etc.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Maintenance role at a hotel, inn or resort preferred.
- Knowledge of common vocational skills (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.).
- Engaging and welcoming personality.
- Strong attention to detail & results.
