Fitness Instructor (Part-Time)

Bring your energy, expertise, and passion for wellness to Spruce Peak as a Fitness Instructor. We’re looking for a dynamic professional who can lead engaging classes, deliver five‑star guest service, and create an atmosphere of fun, health, and genuine connection.

As part of our spa and wellness team, you’ll guide guests of all fitness levels through safe, motivating workouts while representing the resort with professionalism, enthusiasm, and warmth. You’ll help maintain a welcoming studio environment, support resort programming, and ensure every guest feels recognized, supported, and inspired.

What You’ll Do

• Lead high‑quality fitness classes with exceptional guest service
• Create a safe, clean, and positive workout environment
• Arrive prepared, professional, and ready to engage
• Adapt instruction for all fitness levels
• Support resort programs, promotions, and special events
• Collaborate with team members across the resort
• Uphold safety standards and respond confidently to guest feedback

Besides great pay and benefits the work is interesting, challenging and you’ll have opportunities to grow. Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour plus commissions.

• CPR certification and accredited fitness training
• Ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays
• Experience in one or more modalities such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Aquatic Fitness, Spinning, or general group fitness
• Strong communication skills and a guest‑first mindset
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• A polished, friendly, team‑oriented presence
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a professional appearance
