Full Time Physical Therapist

Spruce Occupational and Physical Therapy is a locally owned and operated practice working with senior living communities (ALF & ILF) throughout the Rochester area. We provide outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy, bringing quality care directly into the communities where our patients live.


We’re looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team.

Our work focuses on two key areas:
Prevention & Wellness: Helping residents restore and maintain independence with mobility, balance and safety to improve quality of life and increase their ability to participate in daily activities.
Restoration: Supporting patients recovering from hospitalization due to illness, injury, or other changes in status as they regain strength and function to return to their prior level of function.
Our model allows you to spend more time where it matters: delivering meaningful care, fostering independence, and helping seniors stay in the communities they call home. You’ll have the space and support to think clinically, build relationships, and follow through with your patients over time.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled Physical Therapy services within senior living communities
• Develop individualized care plans focused on function, safety, and independence
• Collaborate with community staff and care teams
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and support their long-term wellbeing
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation under CMS guidelines
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State
• Strong clinical reasoning and a proactive approach to patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
