Qualifications:JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and support janitorial teams across multiple customer facilities.
- Travel daily between assigned locations to inspect work, coach employees, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to promote success and accountability.
- Build positive relationships with customers and respond promptly to service needs.
- Coordinate staffing, schedules, and labor resources to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate supply needs for assigned facilities.
- Resolve employee and customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operations and maintain service excellence.
Education, Experience, and Certification:
- 2 years of supervisory or janitorial leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple facilities and prioritize competing responsibilities.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between customer locations throughout the workday.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday.
- Comfortable using cleaning equipment and working with cleaning chemicals.
- Willingness to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments as needed.
