Business Systems Analyst Property & Casualty Insurance Domain
Any Locations: Columbia, MO; Bridgewater, NJ; Hartford, CT; Raleigh, NC; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL Hybrid
Seeking experienced Business Systems Analysts to join our Insurance Practice, focusing on the P&C insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business requirement analysis and use case modeling.
- Model business processes, data flows, and workflow processes depicting relationships between insurance data entities.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop insights for business process improvements.
- Work on projects related to various lines of business within the P&C insurance domain.
- Experience with Claims, Billing, or EHR systems.
- Familiarity with P&C Claim processes, including FNOL, Claim Intake, Assignment Services, Claim Reserve, Claim Financials, Appraisal, Subrogation, Salvage, Claim reports, and Fraud detection.
- Participate in Scrum/Agile environments as a Senior Business Analyst (SBA) or Technical Business Analyst (TBA).
- Create Journey Maps to redefine problematic process areas.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams supporting various technology platforms
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
- At least 6 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience and familiarity with the P&C insurance domain.
- Working knowledge of Business Analysis Standards (e.g., IIBA best practices).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Agile Product Development Methodology.
