What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Spruce Goose Cafe?
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchenequipment promptly and thoroughly.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas, floors, and food preparation surfaces.
- Remove trash and recycling and keep waste areas clean.
- Restock clean dishes and supplies indesignated storage areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitationguidelines.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
