Job Overview I am seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join my team I need someone who is willing to take on more of a leadership role and become the lead cleaning crew member for my business. This will begin as a part time position with the option to expand into full time if you are the right candidate for this lead cleaner position. This job mainly focuses on cleaning and preparing Airbnb's and vacation rental homes in Alamogordo, High Rolls, and Cloudcroft. Flexible schedule, great hourly wage, & ability to work independently make this a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas regularly.
- Remove trash and recycling from all areas, ensuring proper disposal methods are followed.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist in deep cleaning projects as needed, including carpet cleaning and window washing.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and management effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $ $175.00 per day
Expected hours: 4 – 24 per week
