Position Overview
Sprouts Therapy Center is seeking a Full-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, values family-centered care, and enjoys collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental and physical needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide family education and collaborate with caregivers to support carryover at home
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment sessions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other team members to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in team communication and care coordination as needed
Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist
- Pediatric experience required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and their families
