Sr. Loyalty Specialist, UX/UI Design

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Specialist, UX/UI Design to join our Customer Engagement team for a high-growth project that focuses on developing, testing, and optimizing user experiences across web, app, and CRM-owned channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and content cards. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering loyalty experiences that engage and delight our customers.  

• User Experience Design: Create and optimize intuitive, engaging, and user-centered journeys and designs for web and app experiences, ensuring alignment with customer engagement goals. 
• Channel-Specific Design: Develop innovative UX/UI and designs tailored for CRM-owned channels, such as email, push notifications, in-app messages, and content cards. 
• Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and user research to validate design decisions, enhance usability, and improve customer engagement. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including CRM, marketing, product management, and IT, to align designs with customer engagement strategies and loyalty objectives. 
• Build wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specs to communicate ideas and collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders. 
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive customer experience across touchpoints. 
• Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine designs and improve outcomes. 
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in UX and UI.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent experience. 
• 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within CRM, loyalty, or customer engagement projects across both mobile and Web. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing web, app, and CRM-channel designs. 
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Lucid, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. 
• Experience with user research methods, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making. 
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles. 
• Ability to work within system constraints and optimize for best customer outcomes 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and advocate for design decisions. 
• Experience working on loyalty or subscription-based programs is a plus.
