The Loss Prevention Representative is responsible for keeping multiple stores safe and profitable at all times by executing Sprouts Farmers Market programs and investigating any suspicious customer or team member activities or behavior in their assigned stores. #LI-AD1
Overview of Responsibilities
- Manage shrink control and loss prevention program in stores to meet inventory shrink goals.
- Conduct internal and external investigations.
- Conduct and direct internal investigative activities throughout the assigned area.
- Manage budget and monitor expenditures.
- Complete incident reports and submit weekly summary to Loss Prevention Manager.
- Manage the shrink programs in high-risk stores to ensure compliance levels meet company standard and shrinkage goals are achieved
- Ensure compliance and participation in the organizations Awareness Program
- Provide training to management and team members as needed on Shrink control programs
- Provide new store orientation training and Power Equipment Trainer Certification
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field desired, or equivalent amount of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in loss prevention in a multi-store environment
- Required completion of Wicklander-Zulawski basic and advanced interview training
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent phone interviewing skills
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal skills
Pay range
The pay range for this position is $62,000.00 - $90,700.00 / year. Sprouts Farmers Market determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant.
