Instructional Design Contractor

This position is a contract to potential hire, offering an opportunity for growth within our organization.

We’re looking for an eager instructional or graphic designer who’s excited to grow, contribute, and collaborate with a team that values creativity and continuous learning. In this role, you’ll support training and development initiatives across our distribution centers, store operations, and support office.

You’ll build skills in instructional design, adult learning principles, and content creation while helping us develop engaging learning experiences that make a difference. We’re a team that values care, ownership, and thinking differently, and we’re excited to welcome someone who shares that mindset.

• Collaborate with the training team to design and develop impactful learning materials, programs, and tools
• Apply graphic design skills to create visually engaging training assets
• Build asynchronous eLearning and blended learning experiences that meet learner and business needs
• Use frameworks like ADDIE and Action Mapping to support your design process
• Contribute creative solutions and fresh thinking
• Stay open to learning new technologies, tools, and approaches

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and PublisherExperience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere ProFamiliarity with tools like Vyond or similar animation/video platformsBasic experience creating or editing short-form videos
• A desire to contribute to meaningful learning experiences in a fast-paced environment
• An openness to exploring how AI can enhance design and development work
