What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inbound Coordinator position at Sprouts Farmers Market?
Please note this position is based in our Glendale, AZ Distribution Center. The start time for this shift is 3:00am. The Inbound Coordinator will enter data or report information regarding inbound deliveries. This role will schedule delivery appointments, respond to issues from carries and drivers, and coordinate driver traffic.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into Sprouts Farmers Market Distribution Center database systems.
- Answer and respond to phone calls from carriers and drivers.
- Prepare and file paperwork including work orders, bills of lading, and shipping order.
- Schedule delivery appointments.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in Administrative Assistant preferred
- Ability to successfully manage concurrent projects, multiple priorities, and while meeting SLA’s
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on cross-functional teams
