Overview of Responsibilities
- Lead an 8–10 week project focused on a key business question—like improving store performance, analyzing sales trends, or refining a financial model.
- Work alongside analysts and managers to build financial forecasts, produce analyses, and summarize performance results.
- Help create and enhance dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Support preparation of financial materials shared with Sprouts’ senior leadership team.
- Dive into ad hoc projects that connect you with teams across the company—merchandising, operations, and more.
- Participate in internship learning sessions, networking opportunities, and professional development events.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in sophomore or junior year and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related major.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel; experience with tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Eager to learn, organized, and ready to contribute in a team setting.
- Interest in retail, grocery, or consumer goods industries.
