Financial Analyst (FP&A) - New Graduate Program

Sprouts Farmers Market is excited to offer a 15-week Financial Analyst New Grad Program designed to build the next generation of finance talent. This immersive program provides New Graduates with exposure to several key areas within our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) organization, equipping participants with a deep understanding of how financial insights drive strategic decisions across our growing national grocery business.

This program features an enhanced onboarding experience focused on corporate acclimation, including direct exposure to executive leadership, personalized mentor pairing, and an onboarding ambassador to guide you through your first months.

• Program Start Date: June 8, 2025
• Eligibility: You are within one year of graduation from a bachelor's degree program (Aug 2025 – May 2026 graduates)
• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or relocation for this opportunity

Throughout the 15- week program, participants will complete four rotations, each lasting four weeks, across the following FP&A teams:

• Corporate Planning: Contribute to corporate budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial modeling that supports executive decision-making.
• Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain: Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze category performance, marketing investment returns, and distribution efficiency.
• Store Operations: Evaluate store-level performance metrics, labor productivity, and key profitability drivers to optimize operational outcomes.
• Real Estate Finance: Support financial analyses related to new store development, relocation opportunities, and general portfolio evaluation.

Enhanced Corporate Transition Onboarding:

• Perform financial and operational analyses to support business and planning decisions.
• Assist with month-end close activities, forecast updates, and management reporting.
• Prepare presentations summarizing key insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate trends, scenarios, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.

• Obtained or be in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.(August 2025 – May 2026 graduates)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial planning tools a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Genuine interest in grocery retail and Sprouts’ mission to help people live and eat better.
