What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Integrity Coordinator position at Sprouts Farmers Market?
The Data Integrity Coordinator is responsible for the data integrity and item maintenance of all products sold within all Store locations. This position works closely with the Buying and Marketing Teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all data entered.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships and support the Buying and Marketing Teams to ensure data integrity.
- Support the Store locations on data related issues.
- Enter information from Sales and Buying source documents into various automated systems.
- Source information including products, prices, and other information.
- Modify, update, and correct data entries.
- May proof and price all items published for promotional initiatives.
- Perform data inquiries and searches; generate records and reports.
- Compare data entered with source documents to detect errors.
- Make updates to inaccurate data.
- May compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered.
- May keep record of work completed.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or educational equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years’ data entry experience; an acceptable combination of education and experience to be considered
- Excellent customer service skills and friendly, positive attitude
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong degree of accuracy and speed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in 10-key data entry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work on cross-functional teams
- Ability and willingness to work varied hours and days in line with business needs
