The company offers a variety of premium products, including protein powders, superfood drink mixes, food-based vitamins, and functional snacks.
Role Description
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Supply Chain / Ops Coordinator to help manage day-to-day logistics and quality documentation. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, follow-up, and keeping things moving. We need someone dependable who can take ownership of tasks, stay on top of details, and follow through without constant oversight.
What You’ll Do
Logistics
- Schedule and coordinate LTL and FTL shipments
- Work with freight brokers to book, track, and manage shipments
- Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery and proactively follow up
- Investigate and resolve issues (delays, damages, shortages)
- Compare freight rates and request quotes when needed
- Keep shipment records organized and up to date
Quality & Compliance (Documentation)
- Request and collect documents from suppliers (COAs, certifications, specs, etc.)
- Track expiration dates and ensure documents stay current
- Send required documentation to co-packers and partners
- Assist with organic, kosher, and other certification processes
- Complete and submit forms for compliance and approvals
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers, vendors and customers
- Proficiency in analytical skills to assess data and optimize supply chain processes
- Experience with operations management and inventory management systems
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Knowledge of industry standards in supply chain best practices
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience with supply chain software and tools is a plus
