What are the responsibilities and job description for the Research and Development Chef position at Sprout LA?
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced candidate to fulfill the role of Research and Development Chef. This candidate would work across all 3 of Chef Jordan Kahn's properties (Vespertine, Meteora, & Destroyer), collaborating closely with the Culinary Director, property chefs and CDPs to create, standardize and execute new dishes.
The candidate should have intimate knowledge of both local and worldly ingredients, as well as be well versed in a wide variety of cooking methods and techniques.
