Position: Early Childhood Education Director
Location: Sprout Early Learning Center – Main St., Columbus, OH 43215
Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually

What You’ll Do
As Center Director, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations while ensuring high-quality care and education. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing center operations and ensuring compliance with licensing and educational standards
- Designing and implementing engaging early childhood programs
- Leading, mentoring, and evaluating staff to maintain a strong, motivated team
- Building positive relationships with families through consistent communication
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
- Partnering with local colleges and universities to support educational initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a childcare or preschool setting
- Strong organizational and team management skills
- Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal)
- Comfort with basic technology and administrative tools
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and professional growth
