What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Specialist position at Sprint Transport,LLC?
Sprint Waste Services is looking for a billing specialist to assist in processing a high volume of service tickets for weekly invoice submissions. The ideal candidate must be very detail oriented with ability to complete billing functions at a fast pace and with high accuracy.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate weekly reports of work tickets to verify all billing information is correct
- Copy, gather work orders and file tickets
- Prepare, process, and bill completed invoices, attaching appropriate backup documentation, consistent with customer requirements
- Mail invoices to appropriate location at the end of every week
- Respond to customer request for invoice copies, backup paperwork and invoice discrepancies
- Assist management with researching and responding to customer issues
- Other job related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience with high volume billing
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Driver's License
