Location: Downtown Madison, WI (Hybrid: 4 days in-office / 1 day WFH)
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 Benefits

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is ready to take our visual identity to the next level. You’ll be a core part of our Marketing Department, turning complex real estate needs into beautiful, on-brand assets.

- Web Tech Support: Handle routine content updates on our Real Estate Webmasters WordPress sites and help agents configure custom subdomains.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure every piece of collateral stays true to the Sprinkman brand while managing a high volume of requests.
- Experienced: You have 2 years of design experience (including internships or freelance).
- Technical: You live in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and are comfortable with Canva and Mailchimp.
- Bonus Points: If you have basic HTML/CSS knowledge or a knack for photography/videography, we want to hear about it!
- Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for typography and layout and can translate a "vague" idea into a polished final product.
- A Self-Starter: You enjoy the "hustle" of real estate and can manage multiple deadlines with ease.
