Fire Alarm Division Manager (Statewide) - TAMPA

Job Description

Sprinklermatic Fire Protection Inc., a leading employee-owned fire protection contractor in Florida, is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Division Manager to oversee and grow our Fire Alarm Division statewide.

We are looking for leaders currently managing fire alarm teams, service operations, or large-scale projects for Honeywell, Silent Knight, Gamewell, Fire-Lite, or other national fire alarm contractors. This role is ideal for someone ready to take a statewide leadership position with the autonomy to grow a division while staying primarily service-focused. If you have a track record of building high-performing fire alarm service teams and growing revenue in multiple markets, this is the opportunity to lead Sprinklermatic’s Fire Alarm Division across Florida.

This leadership position will be responsible for the strategic growth, operations, service, inspections, and installation of fire alarm systems across all company locations in Florida. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in NFPA 72, proven leadership experience, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams while expanding the company’s fire alarm division.

Responsibilities

· Oversee statewide operations of the Fire Alarm Division, including service, inspections, installation, and repairs

· Supervise and support fire alarm managers, technicians, inspectors, and project personnel across multiple offices

· Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NFPA 72, state, and local codes

· Develop and implement standard operating procedures, quality standards, and best practices for fire alarm work

· Assist with estimating, project planning, and large fire alarm system proposals

· Develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, property managers, and AHJs throughout Florida

· Lead business development initiatives to grow the fire alarm division statewide

· Monitor division performance, revenue, productivity, and job cost controls

· Provide technical guidance and training for fire alarm technicians and managers

· Ensure all field teams maintain professional standards, safety practices, and proper documentation

Qualifications

· 10 years of fire alarm industry experience required

· Proven leadership experience managing technicians, projects, or divisions

· Strong knowledge of NFPA 72, fire alarm system design, installation, service, and inspections

· Experience with major fire alarm manufacturers such as Notifier, Honeywell, Silent Knight, Gamewell, Fire-Lite, Siemens, Edwards (EST), or similar systems

· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, riser diagrams, and wiring schematics

· Strong leadership, organizational, and operational management skills

· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required

· NICET certification and/or FASA/BASA license preferred
