Sprinkle Laundry is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Laundry Attendant & U-Haul Customer Service Associate to support daily laundromat operations and manage U-Haul truck and trailer rentals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Laundry Operations
- Assist customers with washers, dryers, and payment systems
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat (floors, machines, folding areas, restrooms)
- Perform wash-and-fold services when required
- Monitor machines and report maintenance issues
- Restock supplies (detergent, bags, etc.)
U-Haul Services
- Check customers in and out for U-Haul truck and trailer rentals
- Verify driver's licenses and rental agreements
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after rentals
- Answer customer questions regarding rentals, pricing, and policies
- Coordinate reservations and ensure vehicles are ready for pickup
Customer Service & General Duties
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
- Handle cash, card payments, and daily reports accurately
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled
Experience
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Laundry or rental service experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
