We are seeking installation crew and a crew lead to manage installations, organize materials and tools and be a good communicator with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a crew in various landscaping tasks (depends on experience).
- Plan and execute landscaping projects, including building new landscapes.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Train crew members on best practices for groundskeeping and landscape techniques.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure safety compliance and quality control.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscaping with a focus on leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of landscape practices.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s license may be required based on job responsibilities.
