Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner within partner retail locations.
- Educate customers on available home improvement products and services by clearly explaining features and benefits.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Generate qualified customer leads while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach.
- Meet or exceed individual performance goals through consistent customer engagement.
- Stay informed on current product offerings, promotions, and client initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Sprink Strategy with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided.
