Dynamic and fast-growing company with national facility management business seeking applicants for a Field Tech position for drywall projects in retail/restaurant locations either regionally or across the US.

The typical daily schedule will involve either driving from home to the project location for nearby locations or, more usually, overnight trips of up to two (2) weeks for more distant locations. Springwise will cover travel expenses, with a per diem allowance provided for food and lodging. The company will provide a vehicle and tools when a job is staffed, although personal tools may be used if appropriate. Hours will be flexible based on client store schedules.
PLEASE NOTE: due to client requirements, successful applicants MUST pass a drug screen and criminal background check prior to confirming employment. In addition, a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record is required.
This position is expected to start with training beginning on the date of hire, depending on candidate availability. Paid training will be conducted at or near our home office in South Bend, Indiana or at another regional client location, and then project assignments will be made on an ongoing basis.
